Directory information
We work from official gym sources, owner corrections and responsible editorial research, but opening hours, prices, access rules and facilities can change. Confirm important details with the gym, land manager or recognised access body before travelling.
Climbing risk
Climbing and bouldering involve a risk of injury or death. The site is general planning information, not instruction, supervision, a risk assessment or a topo. Check conditions, access restrictions, landings, tides and your own ability. Use qualified instruction where appropriate.
Submissions and corrections
You must provide accurate information and may submit images or copy only when you have permission to do so. By sending material for publication, you give Bouldering Wall permission to edit, display and distribute it for the directory. You can ask us to correct or remove submitted material.
Accounts and community
You must be at least 18 to create an account or use the climbing-buddy board. Keep your login secure, verify an email address you control and provide accurate account information. Verification and password-reset links are personal, time-limited and must not be shared. Profiles, posts and replies are public, but email addresses are not displayed. Do not publish home addresses, sensitive contact details or private travel routines.
Community plans are introductions, not vetting, supervision or safety guarantees. Meet for the first time at a public staffed gym or established venue, tell somebody your plan, arrange your own travel and assess experience, access, conditions and risk yourself. Bouldering Wall does not verify a member's identity, climbing ability or intentions.
We may hide or remove content, restrict accounts, preserve moderation records and report credible safety or legal concerns where reasonably necessary. Use report controls for harassment, spam, unsafe plans or exposed personal details.
Free listings and Featured Gym
Standard listings are free. The only paid package currently offered is Featured Gym at £49 per gym per month. Paid placement is always labelled and does not purchase organic ranking. A gym representative enters the official details and accepts these terms before secure Stripe checkout. Payment reserves the placement; activation follows representative and booking-link verification. It renews monthly until cancelled, and the first payment is covered by the stated 30-day money-back guarantee. To cancel before the next billing date or request the first-payment refund within 30 days, reply to the payment confirmation or email [email protected] from the purchasing work address.

Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious or unlawful material, harass or threaten another member, expose somebody's private information, arrange exploitative or unsafe activity, impersonate another person or gym representative, spam the community, or systematically reproduce the directory for another commercial service.
Intellectual property
The site design, original writing and compiled directory presentation belong to Bouldering Wall or their respective licensors. Names and trademarks of gyms and retailers belong to their owners and are used for identification.
Availability and liability
We may change, suspend or remove content without notice. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Bouldering Wall is not responsible for indirect loss or decisions made solely from directory information.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
