Access details that can change the plan
- Step-free arrival: the entrance is step-free, and the café arch has step-free access onto its climbing area.
- Steps within the wall: the Cave, Central, Gym and Comp arches have a roughly 300mm step onto the mats; the café mat has a smaller step.
- Facilities: an accessible toilet is available. Reaching the showers involves crossing mats and steps.
- Quieter visits: the access statement says noise adjustments may be possible off-peak by prior arrangement. Monday resets usually add drill noise during the day.
- Lockers: the venue lists 148 lockers; bring a padlock.

Choose West for the shortest public-transport walk: it is beside Vauxhall station on South Lambeth Road. East is on Lollard Street in Kennington and is around a 13-to-17-minute walk from nearby stations. Both are dedicated bouldering centres, so location and the live session timetable are the practical deciding factors.
Does VauxWall West have parking?
The venue access statement says there is no customer parking. There is a nearby loading bay with a 20-minute maximum, while the gym has internal cycle storage and is a short walk from Vauxhall station.
